After School Program

The St. John's School After School Program  provides quality childcare and educational enrichment activities to our kindergarten through 8th grade students.  The program is available daily from 2:30 -5:30pm and is run by Marianne Schneider with assistance provided by Doris DeMatteo. Through activities that are enjoyable and enriching, St. John's Extended Day program offers participating children opportunities for exploring individual interests, educational enhancement, developing independence & self confidence, as well as enjoying and forming relationships.  The older children play games with and assist younger children complete homework assignments creating an encouraging and supportive environment based on our Christian value of service and support.

The After School Program will begin on Monday September 12th. If you plan on using the program please fill out the registration form and send it back to school prior to Thursday September 8th. The form was mailed home and can also be downloaded off the web site.

Volunteers for ASP

Any student in 7th or 8th grade interested in volunteering for the After School Program, please have your parent write a letter allowing you to do so along with the days you are available. If there are any parents that would like to volunteer we can use adults as well. Please contact the school and leave a message for Marianne Schneider.
